I called them on a Sunday morning and was greeted with a real person. He answered all my questions. I signed up after our conversation. The realtor sent my forms that same day. The value and service this company provides is awesome. Other companies charge $200 to $400 for the same service and a sign and lockbox. I bought our signs and lockbox from Home Depot, and it didnt cost us $200 more.  The forms were easy to use, and the flyers were amazinng. The flyers were very beautiful and easy to use. They were a hit at our open house. The best thing I like about this company is that there were NO HIDDEN FEES.

My partner and I were very skeptical of this service. It seems too good to be true. Its very cheap and you pay no listing commission. You even get to pick your own buyer's commission percentage. There are so many scammers out there. We were hesitant at first. We took a chance, and It was the best choice for us. It was very easy, and the realtor was very supportive. I bought a package from www.MLSSupport.com.  They were very professional. When it was discovered that my little MLS was not available the Quickly and completely gave me a refund. They first tried to help make it work for me. They were able to help me find out what else was available. Even after it was evident I wanted a refund, they still were easy to get in touch with.
